United Technologies Services, Inc. is a Specialty Contractor that provides a wide assortment of Preventive Maintenance and Repairs for Restaurant Equipment, Commercial Kitchen Hood Systems, HVAC, Refrigeration, Food Processing Equipment, Carts, Material Handling Equipment, Check Out Conveyors, Compactor & Baling Equipment, Lawn Equipment and Janitorial Equipment. Our focus has been on forming strong relationships with our customers, listening to their needs, and providing them as many services as we can with the technical expertise our company has. This allows them to deal with one company instead of 4 or 5 companies for the same services, and obviously makes them very important to us.

UTS was founded and Incorporated in January of 1997 in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the current owners (Ron and Linda Vergakis) acquired the company in May of 2003.
